Education

I am a retired Ohio certified school teacher with a BS,Ed in English education. I'm also a certified K-12 Reading Specialist so I know how to find and fix reading problems. Additional certifications include 7-12 Industrial Technology and 7-12 Career Based Intervention (CBI). I have also worked as a school technology specialist teaching computer skills and maintaining the system.

Experience

I have 10 years of experience teaching remedial classes in all of the core subjects, and have an excellent record of guiding students to passing scores on the writing portion of the Ohio Graduation Test. My method takes about 60 minutes to complete, and almost all students pass the test. I also love teaching math up through algebra, and working with adults on the GED test.
