Throughout my college career I provided copywriting, editing, and proofreading services for other students, mainly on research essays. While in college I took specialized courses, including a course on essay writing. As required for my degree I've also taken a variety of English courses that exposed me to a broad range of literature including ancient ballads, historic Greek texts, plays, and epics, Shakespeare, and contemporary British and American literature. My studies allowed me to familiarize myself with each genre's unique and distinguishing features and supplied me with the tools necessary to analyze the text fully and comprehensively. Combined with my patience and communication skills, I feel confident in my ability to impart these same useful tools to my students.
