Completing Master's in Applied Linguistics with a focus on Foreign Language Pedagogy at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Interior Design and minors in Spanish and Global Studies from the University of Cincinnati. I also have a CELTA certificate for teaching English as a foreign language.
Experience
I am a licensed Spanish teacher in both Ohio and Texas. Beyond the traditional classroom, I have also taught Spanish and English in many diverse settings, including immersion camps, bilingual literacy programs, one-on-one tutoring, and university workshops outside the US. I have attended and led professional development workshops both locally and nationally to ensure I can provide the best foreign language education possible to my learners and have received recognition nationally for my contributions to the field. I enjoy tutoring outside of the classroom so that I can give personalized attention to my learners and adapt the methodology to best meet their needs.
