I attended Ohio State University to earn my bachelor's degree in 2014 in human nutrition. My tutoring experience includes tutoring middle school students as part of an after school program and assisting high school students as a member of AmeriCorps. Altogether I have four years of tutoring experience with students ranging from first grade through high school seniors. My tutoring specialties are nutrition, critical reading, and middle school math topics. I like helping students work through challenging problems and helping them develop problem-solving skills. I'm also patient and attentive, which I believe are important qualities in a tutor. I can help students learn algebra, geometry, chemistry, elementary and middle school math, literature, English grammar, study skills, nutrition, and test preparation. In my free time, I like to watch TV, hike, watch movies, practice ceramics, and cheer for the Cincinnati Reds.
