I went to Northern Kentucky University for my masters degree in education, and I'm certified as a math teacher at the middle school level. I currently work as a math tutor and paraprofessional, helping 10th grade students learn math topics. I love teaching math, and I'm comfortable working with students at all levels of ability. I show students math concepts in different ways until we find what works best for them. I also can draw on my experiences to relate math concepts to real world applications. In my free time, I enjoy sports, and I was once an athletic director and coach. I also like to take walks, ride my bike, and learn for fun.
